In Bolsena a latest generation oil mill for high quality oil
The new CASASOLE oil mill 4.0 - circular economy
The Frantoio Cesare Giulio Casasole, entirely renovated with the latest generation Pieralisi machinery, with two phases, with minimal use of water, supports the farm in fully enhancing the organoleptic and health properties of the organic EVO oil, produced from the land owned , between Caninese, Frantoio and Leccino.
The new oil mill, as a whole, represents the state of the art in technology, quality and respect for the environment. The new technologies, which have benefited from the recognition of "innovative industry 4.0" incentives, enhance all processing flows with a view to circular economy and environmental protection. Organic EVO oil is extracted from freshly harvested, defoliated and washed olives. From the resulting de-oiled pulp, the stone is extracted (among other things used to heat the premises of the mill itself), this allows the de-oiled and pitted pulp to be used for the production of biogas and biomethane.
