The new CASASOLE oil mill 4.0 - circular economy
The Cesare Giulio Casasole olive mill, completely renovated with state-of-the-art, two-phase Pieralisi machinery, supports the farm in fully enhancing the organoleptic and health benefits of the organic EVO oil, produced from its own land, including Caninese, Frantoio, and Leccino.
The new mill combines cutting-edge technology and the recovery of processing byproducts, for a greater commitment to the environment. The new technologies, which have benefited from the "Innovative Industry 4.0" incentives, enhance processing flows with a view to the circular economy and environmental protection. Organic EVO oil is extracted from freshly harvested, defoliated, and washed olives. The pits are extracted from the resulting de-oiled pulp (which is also used to heat the mill premises), allowing the de-oiled and de-pitted pulp to be used to produce biogas and biomethane. Extra virgin olive oil top quality
Our oil is exclusively obtained from olives produced on the land owned by the Casasole farm. Our company does not sell third-party oil or olives. All phases of agricultural processing of the olive groves, as well as harvesting and processing, are personally followed by the owner Cesare Giulio Casasole.
